Bob,

You missed the point I feel, it's not about competition etc etc it's about one distribution being chosen as the "gov CMS" which is the same as the old boys club who enabled Microsoft to propagate inside gov for so long.. 

So sorry but we go backwards if we I from one choice to one choice...
