OSIA folks,

I've incorporated review feedback from ~ 20 open source folks for the
response to Australia's next Open Government National Action Plan.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jNdh4_A_cIpaHqLRFOgpvAY3JSo0Ueraam39UHFOGHs/edit#

I'm now keen to determine whether the response can be submitted in
OSIA's name. Mark Phillips has (privately) sent me some reservations and
I hope I've addressed some of these. But before I continue, I'd like to
determine whether OSIA wants to put their name to this letter. From the
lack of public engagement from the board I'm getting the impressing that
OSIA would prefer not to be involved?

Mark, Jack, Ron, Bob, Alexar, Paul, Don, Steven, Grant,

Comments?
