The headline for this report is a little misleading:

Basically any company with an ABN qualifies as "Australian".

That said, it is great that AGIMO publish the data.

Not only that, there is a breakdown showing SME participation, a pretty
good indicator of the true local sector's participation and where most
OSIA members will fit (3rd table down):
